Technical depth. Operational judgment.
David Higares
Founder & Principal
I bring more than 20 years of experience across precision manufacturing, equipment R&D, water and wastewater operations, maintenance, construction, procurement, and infrastructure leadership. Today I lead maintenance and construction for a regional water infrastructure portfolio.
My work has taken me from machining and testing equipment to leading crews, managing assets, and implementing maintenance and operational technology. That experience informs how I assess operating risk, capital needs, technology adoption, and execution.
I help investors and management teams understand how infrastructure and industrial businesses actually operate—where risk is hidden, where value can be created, and whether growth, capital, and technology strategies can be executed in the real world.
